Each and every training course is available to anyone. So you do not need to be employed by an organisation that is a member. However members get discounted prices.

If you are employed by an ARC NI member you should contact your training coordinator/HR Department who will book your place on our course.

Course Categories

Learning Disability

We offer a range of different courses to help you better support people with a learning disability. These include person-centred planning, communication, and positive behaviour support.

Legal

We offer a range of courses to help staff understand their roles and responsibilities, for example the Registered Manager, the importance of report writing, human rights and restrictive practice.

Management

We offer a range of courses to help managers, including if they are new to the role, and skills in reflective practice, managing courageous conversations and supervision.

Medical

We offer a range of courses to support staff specifically Train the Trainer Supporting Medication in Social Care Settings and refreshers.

Safeguarding

Keeping people safe is all of our responsibilities. We offer different courses to help staff with various levels of responsibilities, including Trustees and Non-executive directors.

Well Being

We offer a range of courses to help both managers and staff to look after their own well being.
