New Dance Programme for Parents of Autistic Children: Together We Dance

ARC NI is pleased to share a new opportunity for parents and carers of children with autism to unwind, connect, and move together — Together We Dance is a free, beginner-friendly dance programme designed to support your wellbeing through the power of movement.

This unique programme is led by Our Social Space and supported by the Public Health Agency through the Clear Project.

Parenting an autistic child can be joyful, challenging, and often demanding. Together We Dance recognises this and offers a welcoming space to relieve stress, enjoy music, and build community — no dance experience required.

Two weekly evening options – choose what suits you best:

• 6.00–7.00pm: Shake It Off
  A post-work, energising session to lift your mood and shake off the day.
• 7.00–8.00pm: Move & Unwind
  A calming, feel-good class for those who want to gently ease into their evening once the kids are settled.
