Steve has worked in Social Care for over 40 years, in both the statutory and voluntary sector.
Steve joined the Board in 2025. He retired in 2023 after working in Social Care for over 40 years, in both the statutory and voluntary sector. He was CEO at two large learning disability support providers and also held other senior positions in organisations working in the social care sector.
Steve has been part of Advisory groups working with Welsh government on policy development and he has been a Trustee for a number of charities. As well as extensive experience of delivering support to vulnerable people Steve brings skills in financial management, policy and administration, governance and strategic planning.
