Samantha Leonard

Samantha has over 30 years’ experience with social care in a variety of different services and supports including advocacy, supported living and residential care as well as commissioning and consultancy work. She has worked at 4 different Local Authorities. The golden thread throughout her career is an interest and passion for equality and inclusion. She believes people with lived experienced should be involved in all decisions which affect them through good co production.
