Leslie-Anne is responsible for making sure ARC NI delivers ARC’s vision, mission and aims.
Leslie-Anne has been with ARC since 2014. She has worked in charities and local authorities both in England and Northern Ireland and has held leadership posts for over 15 years.
With a degree in Social Welfare and an Advanced Diploma in Sustainability of the Third Sector, Leslie-Anne has a strong understanding of charities. She has worked closely with Government in both the children’s and adult’s sector, working in the fields of community development, human rights, social care and education.
Leslie-Anne is passionate about partnership working and policy development, advocating for positive change at a systems level.
