Fiona McCabe

Fiona joined the ARC Board in 2022.

In almost 20 years’ working at senior level in disability services, Fiona has also held the roles of Group Director of Positive Futures, Director with Leonard Cheshire and Chief Executive Officer of a local brain injury charity.

Fiona is a board member of a Northern Irish social enterprise that supports the development of leaders in the Third sector. She is an IOD Certified Director.

Passionate about social inclusion and equality, Fiona is delighted to be part of the ARC board. She looks forward to helping to harness the power of the community and voluntary sector to make positive change happen.
