Charlotte supports the ‘TILII Translates’ accessible information service, helping to make information easier to understand.
As our Easy Read Content Creator, Charlotte refers to customer documents and populates draft content into Easy Read templates using plain English and pictures. Our Experts By Experience (TILII members) check, comment and approve the final document.
With a strong belief in the power of storytelling to make change happen, she also helps edit TILII TV videos.
Charlotte comes to ARC with a rich background in the Third Sector. She is an experienced administrator, project manager, coordinator, and multi-platform communicator.
Charlotte has worked in social care sector for over 10 years. Her frontline role for a local learning disability care provider has fuelled her passion as an advocate for the rights of individuals with a learning disability, autism and neurodiversity.
