Peer support for Registered Managers

This network offers a safe space for Registered Managers to share information, discuss challenges and explore solutions.

It aims to

• reduce Registered Manager isolation
• give peer support through sharing experiences and tools
• and create collaborative action.

Issues we have discussed include

• better ways to gather the views of people using services
• communicating with people who use services about COVID vaccinations and consent
• and upholding the human rights of an individual in a regulated service.
