Belfast Health and Social Care Trust’s Learning Disability Newsletter shines a light on good examples of work across their service.
We are delighted that Belfast TILII‘s work on the Future Home Guide is featured in the latest BHSCT‘s Learning Disability Service Newsletter.
Future Home Guide
TILII, carers and services users have been taking part in accommodation meetings with BHSCT staff. They have supported them to review respite services and create a guide to housing and support for people with a learning disability.
The Future Home Guide is now available on the Trust website and will soon be joined by the TILII Translates easy read.
