We believe in testing new ideas and ways of working through projects and research.

Conversations with people help us identify opportunities for change. Where we can, and where it is right to do so, we try something different to see if it works.

Sometimes we know something is not working but need evidence to help change it.  When this happens, we take part in research.

We often work with the support of partners, including Universities and Service Providers.
